You can buy from our factory or through our web site at anytime.
We can offer free delivery throughout Peninsular Malaysia.
Best Collection has a policy of continuous product development. All models and materials can be discontinued or altered without notice. Whenever possible we will announce changes in advance.
We don't show our prices in the website, you need to send inquiry through the website and we quote accordingly.
All prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates and the cost of raw materials as well as other factors beyond our control.
Ask for quotation
Please browse through our website and add to cart your prefer product. You need to create account to complete the Request For Quotation process.
Base on your inquiry, we will quote accordingly. You will receive notification when we update the price. You can login to see the pricing.
Confirm your order
If you agree with the price, please just settle the payment and reply the notification email. Please let us know your payment detail and we will proceed the purchase process.
Once we confirm your payment, we will ship the product to you.
HOW TO BUY
You can confirm your order by telephone, through email, or via our web site.
You can make your payment by cash, cheque, or by bank transfer. Should you choose to make a transfer, our bank details are available upon request. Credit card payment is only available in our office.
Privacy and security
We value your trust. We gather only the customer information that is needed to conduct our business efficiently. We do not rent, sell or exchange information about our customers. We only obtain your delivery address for shipping purpose.
Some of our designs can be modified to offer different dimensions and materials. Please call us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Volume and trade orders
Our prices reflect the care and time involved in the creation of the furniture.
As each item is individually hand made by our craftsmen, and not mass-produced, we are unable to offer special discounts. However, if you are intending to place an order for 10 items or more of a single model, please contact us for a quotation
How to change or cancel your order
Every piece is made upon request so all sales are final and cannot be returned.
We do offer a cancellation before the products shipped. Before products shipped, orders can be cancelled without any charges. If you choose to cancel when the products shipped, we will charge you transport fee. The transport fee is subject to the product weight and shipping address. Your refund will given within 30 days upon receipt of a written cancellation notice, which can be sent by mail or email. This cancellation period does not apply to sale or special items.
All deliveries take place during working hours from Monday to Friday. We cannot promise a precise delivery time on the designated day of delivery.
Free Delivery to all areas within Peninsular Malaysia –
This service is available to all areas within Peninsular Malaysia, however delivery charges vary depending upon the postcode area in which you live.
Delivery to areas outside Peninsular Malaysia –
We also deliver product to outside Peninsular Malaysia such as East Malaysia and foreign countries. The shipping charges will be applied and will quote during quoting process.
Delivery prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in fuel costs, as well as other factors beyond our control.
For items that can be carried by one person the delivery may be made by courier service. Further information and delivery charges are available upon request. Best Collection does not provide a removals service
Access for delivery:
Customers are responsible for checking that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination. If delivery proves impossible, we may require that the customer accept the goods, and make their own arrangements for delivery.
WHEN YOUR FURNITURE ARRIVES.
What if you detect damage to the furniture.
We carry out a thorough pre dispatch checks and use the best packaging to protect the furniture during delivery.
Inspect your order when it arrives to make sure that it is complete and the accompanying paperwork is in order. Please note that you must report any damage to the packaging immediately upon delivery by noting it on the delivery note and contacting us. Best Collection will not be held responsible for any furniture damage first reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
Best Collection guarantees the products it manufactures are free of defects in workmanship and materials. If any defect covered by the guarantee appears to a product during the applicable guarantee period from the date of shipment, Best Collection shall, upon prompt notice, repair or replace, at its option and costs, the affected part or parts.
This guarantee does not apply to: Damage caused by a carrier other than Best Collection appointed, or those hired by us, furniture used in a commercial environment, normal wear and tear or acts or omissions of parties other than Best Collection including user modification, dramatic temperature and humidity variations or exposure to unusual conditions.
Textiles, upholstery and timber supplied by Best Collection: Natural variations occurring in wood, fabric, and leather shall not be considered defects, and Best Collection does not guarantee the colourfastness or matching of the colours, grains, textures or surface hardness of such materials.
